Do you take Walk-Ins?Yes (PLEASE NOTE) Majority of our walk-in guest only wait 5-15min. However, we can’t guarantee immediate service to walk-in guest. We recommend doing one of the following below, to see if there is immediate availability; Call to inquire 832-330-0497 Text the Client Two-way Text ONLY portal to inquire 833-799-0354 Check our online booking system, by going through the prompts as if you were booking an appointment to see real time availability, then try your luck with walking in at the time you saw available online. (PLEASE NOTE) times shown online and requesting walk-in availability over the phone DOES NOT guarantee or confirm you an appointment at that time, nor does it guarantee you will be serviced right away upon arrival. If you wait in our waiting area longer than 15min without one of our friendly team members acknowledging you, or if you are unable to gain access into the spa, as the front door is locked(during our normal business hours), we sincerely apologize, as this mean we are fully committed serving other guests and cannot step away from booked appointments. We suggest booking an appointment or send us a message and someone will reach out to you ASAP!

Can I call, to book an appointment over the phone?Yes. (PLEASE NOTE), you will be required to pay the deposit by clicking the "Pay Now" button from your confirmation email/text. The system will allow you 15min to complete the booking on your end, after 15min if the deposit has not been paid, the appointment is automatically cancelled.

Do I have to Pay a Deposit?Yes, all services booked online and in-house require a 50% deposit.

Is my Deposit refundable?Yes. If you cancel 24 hrs before your appointment. PLEASE NOTE To assure deposits are refunded, we strongly advise cancelling your appointment within the allowed time frame. Should you need to reschedule more than the one time given courtesy, we strongly advise to just cancel your appointment and re-book when the time is convenient for you.

What if I’m running late for my scheduled appointment?If you're not checked in 15min after the start time of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will automatically be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of your total service amount, and your appointment will be cancelled. Calling the spa as a courtesy to inform us of your tardiness/ETA is greatly appreciated, and may be subject to accommodations, but by doing so, this DOES NOT override the Policy stated above. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your services may not be extended. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, the full fee for your service will still be charged.

How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?We recommend New Naked Goers to arrive at least 5mins before their scheduled appointment to familiarize themselves with our facility.

If I have questions or concerns, when should I expect to hear back from someone?While sometimes our response is fairly quick, same day or 24hr, we ask that you please allow us 24-48hr (During our normal operating business hours) to respond to all emails, voicemails, and callbacks. For an immediate response (Within minutes to 1-2hr during our normal operating business hours), send us a text through the client two-way texting portal, 833-799-0354

Why am I not allowed to purchase DMK products and certain Face Reality products on your website?All Customers need to have an in-person consultation with one of our Estheticians before being prescribed DMK skincare and or Face Reality actives. Once you are an established client, you will be given a non-sharable password to enter the restricted area of the website. **Please be advised. If you DO NOT comply with these policies and you enter the password protected page, restricted area to purchase DMK skincare and or Face Reality actives, your order will be cancelled and a $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Children, Babies, and Guest not being serviced.Please limit your extra guests to one. Extra Guest under no circumstances are not allowed inside of treatment rooms with you. We are a boutique-sized Spa with limited space. So that scheduled guests and walk-in guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please leave children, babies, and extra guests who are not being serviced left behind. Thank you for your cooperation.

Why did my service provider change after I booked my appointment?In some instances, the spa will need to change providers of the same gender based on availability.

Do you offer spa parties?At this time we no longer offer spa parties, however feel free to call the spa during our normal business hours, or send us a message with the details of your party and we will try to accommodate you.

Which facial should I book?The DMK Enzyme Masque Facial is a great first time facial and it’s Pregnancy Safe for those expecting.

Can I bring my teenager for a facial?Yes! We suggest starting your teen on The Acne Academy Treatment(Initial), but your teen can receive any of our facials, with your consent

What should I avoid doing before receiving a facial?We suggest to STOP using all products that includes active ingredients, no waxing/shaving, laser, electrolysis, and no tanning 7 days before receiving a facial.

Can I add extractions to my facial?Extractions are included in ALL of our facials, EXCEPT for the Naked Skin Assessment.

Can I book a Va-Jacial and Brazilian Wax the same day?No, you CAN NOT receive a Va-Jacial and Brazilian Wax on the same day. We recommend booking these services 7 days apart from each other, with a Brazilian wax being done first. You can however book an Add-On Brazilian+(Plus) to your Brazilian Wax.

ShippingPlease allow 3 to 7 business days for processing online orders and in spa pre-paid orders. While most orders will ship in a timely matter and online with spa pick up will receive their pick up email rather quickly, we do ask to allow the allotted time frame to process, before reaching out about your order, and most important, before arriving at the spa to pick up your order(Please see Spa Etiquette) For in spa pre-paid orders, if you did not pay for your item(s) to be shipped to your home, once your order has arrived, we will text, email, and or call to inform you that your order is ready for pick-up. You have 7 days from then to pick up your order. *ALL in spa pre-orders and online spa pick up orders that are not picked up after 14 days, and has not communicated with us beforehand, will be marked as non pick-up. Such orders will be returned to our distributor or re-stocked, and there is no monies back.

Return/Refund PolicyWe DO NOT offer exchanges, refunds or returns on ANY products and services. For online orders, we highly recommend using our online chat system to ask a Naked Representative any and all questions, or calling the spa during our normal business hours to speak with one of our Naked associates before online purchases if you have ANY questions. Should you make an online purchase, you have 1 hour after your order has been submitted to request via email for your order to be cancelled. Once an order has been processed there will be a $5 processing fee that will be deducted from your return.

What is the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?So that we can best serve you, please be advised of these policies. 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment(s) Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours' of your appointment. In the event of needing to reschedule, you are allowed one reschedule before you forfeit your deposit, and the appointment MUST be rescheduled within 30 days from the original appointment. As a courtesy, we allow a 15min grace period. In the event you're not checked in by 15mins after the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no show, automatically charged the cancellation fee of 100% of your total service amount, and your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation charges due to you running more than 15min late, and same day cancellation/rescheduled appointments are subject to possibly be honored, ONLY if an appointment is available immediately following your original scheduled appointment time, with the same service provider, on the same the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced. Otherwise you will be required to re-book a new appointment. In the event appointments are canceled, or rescheduled day of service, you will forfeit your pre-paid 50% deposit and the card you input on file will be charged the remaining balance of your total service amount. You authorize Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC to ONLY charge your credit or debit card for any of your less than 24 hours Cancel, Reschedule or No show fee(s) when applicable.

What is Spa Etiquette?* So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please arrive on time, with a positive attitude and ready to be serviced. * So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please refrain from talking above a whisper, or talking with the speaker phone on your mobile device, while in the spa. This also applies when you are in service, inside of the treatment room, talking with your service provider. * So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, if at any time you are waiting in our waiting area longer than 15min, without one of our friendly team members acknowledging you, please refrain from opening the curtains to let us know that you are here, calling out for your service provider or assistant, and or opening treatment room doors. * So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please refrain from arriving without communicating with staff before hand, to purchase/pick up products/gift cards, receive/schedule services, consult with a service provider, and or retrieve left items from a previous visit. By communicating before hand would be, you have made contact for a request and a staff member have acknowledged and agreed upon the day and time of your arrival. * So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please dispose of your trash, snack wrappers, water cups, and or complementary juice beverages, inside of a trash can. Please refrain from leaving any of the before mentioned items in the waiting area, inside of the treatment rooms towel basket, on the benches in the hallway, and or restroom. * So that we may best serve you, and that other guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please refrain from bringing outside food into the spa.
