Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve you, please be advised of these policies. All scheduled appointments, if you haven’t done so already, please review entirely, and sign all requested forms. This will cut down time for filling out your paperwork upon your arrival for your appointment.


If you’re not checked in 15mins after the start time of your scheduled appointment, you are subject to be charged the no call/no show fee of 100% of your total service amount. Pre-paid appts. are subject to lose your deposit.


24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment(s). If you’re unable to log into your account to cancel your appointment, calling and speaking with a Naked associate before the end of the previous business day, during normal business hours is acceptable for 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling/Canceling your appointment(s) less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your total service amount to the card we have on file. In the case of Pre-paid appts. you will not be refunded your 50% deposit.

No call/No shows will be charged 100% of your total service amount to the card we have on file.

If you fail to adhere to the policies described above and you’re charged the proper fees but your credit/debit card declines, Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC may reach out to you for updated credit/debit card information. Upon Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC receiving your updated credit/debit card information you will be charged fee(s) owed. If updated credit/debit card information is not received, please be advised that you can ONLY book services online by paying a deposit in full, or you can be a Walk-In guest until a valid credit/debit card is on file and payment is received for fee(s) owed.

Return/Refund Policy

We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns on ANY products and services. For online orders, we highly recommend calling the spa during our normal business hours to speak with one of our professionals/Naked associates before online purchases, if you have any questions.

Adverse Reactions

Naked Skincare & Waxing Spa will not be held liable for any adverse reactions. If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online orders and in spa pre-paid orders.

For in spa pre-paid orders, if you did not pay for your item(s) to be shipped to your home, once your order has arrived, we will call to inform you that your order is ready for pick-up. You have 7 days from then to pick up your order.

ALL in spa pre-orders that are not picked up after 14 days, and has not communicated with us beforehand, are subject to be marked as non pick-up. Such orders are subject to be returned to our distributor or re-stocked, and there is no monies back. 

Do I have to give my credit or debit card information to schedule an appointment?

Yes. All appointments booked over the phone and online must be booked/held with a Valid credit or debit card, along with paying a 50% deposit.


How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?

We recommend New Naked Goers to arrive at least 5mins before their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork if they had not done so online already, and familiarize themselves with our facility.

I have an appointment scheduled on Tuesday and I called the Spa on Monday to cancel. Will I still be charged the less than 24hr cancellation fee?

If you are able to log into your account and cancel your appointment, great! No fee will be applied, but if the system won’t allow you to cancel your appointment online, and you have to call us, Unfortunately Yes you will be charged. We are closed on Monday’s and can not make any schedule changes until next business day. As stated in our policy, appointments scheduled on a Tuesday MUST be cancelled by end of business day Saturday to avoid a cancellation fee.

Will my credit card be charged at the time I schedule my appt?

Yes. All booked appointments will be charged a 50% deposit.

For clients that are Re-booking in house/at the spa, the card is used to hold your appointment, and only charged if you reschedule/cancel less than 24hrs or no call no show. However, it will be pre-authorize to ensure it is a valid credit/debit card.

Virtual Skincare Consultations are subject to being charged the full amount after the appointment is booked.


What if I’m running late for my scheduled appointment? 

If you’re not checked in 15mins after the start time of your scheduled appointment, you are subject to be charged the No call/No show fee. 

It is recommended for you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service(s); in order for the Esthetician to be on time for the next scheduled client. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, the full fee for your service will still be charged.


Do you take Walk-ins?

Yes we do! And, you do not need to give your credit/debit card information to be a walk-in guest.

(Please note, a walk-in is just that, a walk-in. Times of availability and calling the spa to request we hold a time slot is not a walk-in, its an appt.)

Can I cancel my appt the day of, & reschedule for another day?

Yes you can cancel and reschedule your day of appointment. However, in the event of a cancellation/reschedule less than 24hrs, your card will be charged 50% of your total service amount.

Do I have to wait to be serviced as a walk-in guest?

Majority of our walk-in guest only wait 5-15mins, however we can’t guarantee immediate service to walk-in guest. We recommend calling us first, or checking online for real time availability and walking in at the time you saw available online. However, times shown online and requesting walk-in availability over the phone DOES NOT guarantee you a spot at that time, nor does it guarantee you will be serviced right away upon arrival.

What is the Naked Skin Assessment? Can I do this and a Facial?

The Naked Skin assessment is a one-on-one consultation addressing any skincare concerns you may have. Clients are encouraged to prepare questions prior to the assessment. The esthetician will examine your skin through a magnifying lamp and  educate you on products and services that will be best for you. We also provide you with The Naked Starter Kit, which includes product samples. Once the assessment is over, the esthetician will recommend a facial that can be done the same day if time permits, or booked for a later visit.

I don’t know which facial to choose, do you have any suggestions?

We suggest that you view the tab for the Facials and Body Treatments, there are service descriptions for all of our facials. Choose whichever one sounds good to you and fit your needs. At your appointment once you speak with your esthetician briefly about your skin concerns the facial can be changed if needed be.

Can I add extractions to my facial?

Extractions are included in ALL of our facials, except for the Naked Skin Assessment and the Live Virtual Skincare Consultation.

What is a Virtual Consultation?

A virtual consultation addressing any skincare concerns you may have. Spa Owner and Master Esthetician Rian will take a look at your skin, and your current products, through video chatting, and recommend the best course of action, products, treatments, etc. to get you on the right track!

*Once your appointment is booked, you will receive three separate IMPORTANT emails. A Booking Confirmation email, A Consultation Confirmation email, and A Virtual Invite email.

What is a Model Service?

Service(s) offered are for testing new products, services, techniques, and Esthetician training. The service(s) may include but not limited to; facials, body treatments, Va-Jacial, face/body waxing, body scrubs, and reflexology.
*Model MUST come prepared to have any service listed above.
*Anyone can be a Model
*Model Service(s) can be booked daily, and multiple times in one visit.



What is a Va-Jacial?

The Va-Jacial is a facial for the vagina that includes cleansing, exfoliation, a light chemical peel, extractions, and treatment serums. This treatment is to help eliminate ingrown hairs and unwanted dark marks associated with waxing and shaving. You CAN NOT shower/bathe, work out, steam, sweat, or have sex, after service for 24hrs

We recommend getting a Brazilian Wax 48-72hrs before getting a Va-Jacial and or one week after getting a Va-Jacial.

What is a Brazilian +Plus?

The Brazilian +Plus is an add-on service to your Bikini or Brazilian wax that includes an anti-bacterial cleanse, extractions, treatment serums, and followed up with the high-frequency machine to kill bacteria which will help prevent and treat further breakouts and ingrown hairs in your bikini area.

You can only receive a Brazilian +Plus as an add on to a Brazilian or Bikini wax service.

What is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a form of manual exfoliation similar in theory to microdermabrasion but without the use of a suction diamond tip machine. A medical grade, sterile blade is stroked along the skin at an angle to gently remove dead skin cells from the stratum corneum. Dermaplaning temporarily removes the fine vellus hair, “aka peach fuzz” off the face, leaving a very smooth surface. As with any type of exfoliation, the removal of dead skin cells allows home care products to be more effective, reduces the appearance of fine lines, evens skin tone and assists in reducing milia, closed and open comedones, and minor breakouts associated with congested pores. Dermaplaning can be an effective exfoliation method for clients that have couperose (tiny blood vessels near the surface of the skin), sensitive skin or allergies that prevent the use of microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Due to the contours of the face, certain areas of the face (such as the eyelids) are not treatable using this method.

NOT recommended for active acne/pustules, anyone with numerous raised lesions, or those with beards


What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is an add on service to your facial or body service. Microdermabrasion that we perform uses a diamond tip machine to exfoliate the skin and then draw out debris and impurities with a suction. It is non-surgical, non-chemical, non-invasive, requires little to no downtime, and has been used to treat aging sun-damaged skin, some types of acne and acne scarring, altered pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, and stretch marks. Results may include: improved skin tone, fewer breakouts, diminished appearance of scars, even skin color, refined skin pores, renewed elasticity and a healthy glow. Microdermabrasion is an exfoliation process that rejuvenates the skin because the process stimulates the production of new skin cells which promotes the increased levels of collagen and elastin.

What is a Chemical Peel?

A Chemical Peel is a full facial service. Chemical peels are topical acid solution used to peel away the skin damaged outer layers. An exfoliant applied to the skin to soften the dead skin layer and exfoliate the skin. Stimulating cell turnover will help to restore the skin to a more youthful appearance. We use a variety of Professional Chemical Solutions which includes Jessner’s, Trichloroacetic Acid(TCA), Citric Acid, Kojic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Glycol Acid, Lactic Acid, Retinol, Hydroquinone, and Hydroquinone free. Many skin conditions can be improved when receiving a series of peels, such as aging sun-damaged skin, acne and acne scarring, altered pigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles. Many skin conditions also show improvement from just one session. Results may include: improved skin tone, fewer breakouts, diminished appearance of scars, even skin color, refined skin pores, renewed elasticity and a healthy glow. With our peels our motto is “Minimum effort with Maximum results” meaning, you may or may not peel. We teach our clients not to associate visible peeling with actual results. If you do peel it may consist of light to medium flaking or medium to extreme peeling anywhere between 2-7 days. You still can continue your daily routines. If you do not peel you will still see a difference and improvement in your skin. We also require that you do not wash your face, work out, sauna, steam, or any outside activity directly in the sun for 24hrs after receiving one of our chemical peels. It also includes light extractions.





What type of wax do you use?

We use a hard blue film wax. We also use a soft strip wax for certain small areas of the body.

Do you do Male Brazilians, if so what does it include?

Yes we do Male Brazilians. It’s listed on the menu as a BroZilian, and it includes waxing of the genitals, testicles, and waxing the inside of the Buttocks (Butt strip).

Placing Skincare Products on hold?

Unfortunately, we can’t place products on hold if they are not paid for. You can pay over the phone and pick up before our closing time or you can order directly from our website and have the item(s) ship directly to your home, by clicking on the Shop tab.

How old do I have to be to receive a Spa service?

We recommend being 13yrs of age and older. Naked Goers 13-17yrs of age must have a guardians consent.

What is your location?

We are located at 3005 West Loop S. STE 229 Houston, TX. 77027 on the second floor  next to ASI Cosmetic Surgery.

Do you have two locations? I see another location at 12000 Westheimer but it says it is closed.

No we do not have two locations. The 12000 Westheimer is in fact our old location which is now permanently closed.

What are your days and times of operation?

Sunday-Monday Closed, Tuesday 12pm-7pm, Wednesday-Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 7am-5pm ( You can also refer to our contact page)

Do you offer spa parties?

Yes. Fill out our contact form with your request on our Contact Page and someone from our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours with more information on booking.

Children, Babies, & Guest not being serviced.

We are a boutique-sized Spa with limited space. So that scheduled guest and walk-in guest are comfortable and accommodated with ease please leave children, babies, and extra guest who are not being serviced left behind.
