What is your location?

We are located at 3005 West Loop S. STE 229 Houston, TX. 77027 on the second floor above Sassy Lola next to ASI Cosmetic Surgery.

Do you have two locations? I see another location at 12000 Westheimer but it says it is closed.

No we do not have two locations. The 12000 Westheimer is in fact our old location which is now permanently closed.

Do you offer spa parties?

Yes. Fill out our contact form with your request on our Contact Page and someone from our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours with more information on booking.

Do you do Male Brazilians, if so what does it include?

Yes we do Male Brazilians and it includes everything including the inside of the Buttocks.

What type of wax do you use?

We use a hard blue film wax. We also use a soft strip wax for certain small areas of the body.

What is the Naked Skin Assessment? Can I do this and a Facial?

The Naked Skin assessment is a one-on-one consultation addressing any skincare concerns you may have. Clients are encouraged to prepare questions prior to the assessment. The esthetician will cleanse your face and examine it with the woods lamp. We will provide you with The Naked Starter Kit, which includes product samples and reading materials. Once the assessment is over the esthetician will recommend a facial that can be done the same day or booked for a later visit.

What is a Woods lamp?

A high-powered mag lamp that looks deeper into the skin. It can show if a person has dry, oily or normal skin.

Can I add extractions to my facial?

Extractions are included in ALL of  our facials, except for the Naked Skin Assessment.

I don’t know which facial to choose, do you have any suggestions?

We suggest that you view the Facials and Body Treatments tab, there are descriptions for all of our facials. Choose whichever one sounds good to you and fit your needs. At your appointment once you speak with your esthetician briefly about your skin concerns the facial can be changed.

How old do I have to be to receive a Spa service?

We recommend being 13yrs of age and older. Naked Goers 13-17yrs of age must have a guardians consent.

What is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a procedure that uses a straight edge blade to gently scrape off the top layer of dulling dead skin cells, and remove the fine vellus hairs from the face. This will enhance product penetration by 50% and reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. There is no pain and no downtime.

What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is a procedure that is performed with a diamond tip that suctions off dead skin and leaves skin smoother and brighter. There is no pain and no downtime.

What is the difference between Dermaplaning and Microdermabrasion?

The difference between Dermaplaning and Microdermabrasion is; Dermaplaning is performed with a scalpel that scrapes off dead skin and vellus hairs and Microdermabrasion uses a suction the sucks off just dead skin. The removal of vellus hairs will allow makeup to go on smoother. Both can be added to any of our facials and or Chemical Peels.

What is a Chemical Peel?

A Chemical Peel is an exfoliation technique that improves the appearance of skin on the face and or body using a chemical solution. We use a variety of PCA Skin Professional Chemical Solutions which includes Jessner’s, Trichloroacetic Acid(TCA), Citric Acid, Kojic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, Hydroquinone, and Hydroquinone free peels to improve skin issues such as hyper pigmentation, acne, sensitive skin, and aging skin.

What is the difference between a Chemical Peel Level 1 & 2?

Both Peels are customizable to your skin type and skin issue. With the Level 1 Chemical Peel, a treatment mask and or booster is applied before the peel, which allows products to penetrate 50% deeper. The Level 2 Chemical Peel is a 4% Pure Retinol Peel, which is for maximum rejuvenation.

Will I peel after a Chemical Peel? If so, How long and what is the downtime?

With our peels our motto is “Minimum effort with Maximum results” meaning, you may or may not peel. If you do peel it may consist of light flaking anywhere from 2-5 days and you still can continue your daily routines. If you do not peel, you will still see a difference and improvement in your skin. We also require that you do not wash your face for 24hrs after receiving one of our chemical peels.

What is a Va-Jacial?

The Va-Jacial is a facial for the vagina that helps with hyper-pigmentation caused by shaving and ingrown hairs. This treatment helps to hydrate, exfoliate, extract, and brighten the vagina area. A light chemical peel is applied to the top of the vagina and bikini area with extractions if needed, products that treat and cleanse is also applied to the top of the vagina and the bikini area.

Can I get a Brazilian or Bikini wax on the same day with a Va-Jacial?

No! We recommend getting waxed one week before getting a Va-Jacial or one week after getting a Va-Jacial.

Do I have to sign the Client Policy Form? Will my appointment be canceled if I don’t?

Yes. All new Naked Goers and existing Naked Goers who have never signed must sign only one time. If you are scheduling an appointment over the phone or online you must sign the policy form before putting in your credit or debit card information. Yes. If you booked the appointment without signing the policy form your appointment is subject to cancel and you will have to be a walk-in guest.

Do I have to give my credit or debit card information to schedule an appointment?

Yes. All appointments booked over the phone or online must be booked with a Valid credit or debit card.

Will my credit card be charged at the time I schedule my appt?

No. The card is used to hold your appointment, and only charged if you reschedule/cancel less than 24hrs or no call no show. However, all microblading services will be charged 50% of service, at the time of booking.

Do you take Walk-ins? Do I need to give a credit card to walk in?

Yes we do. (Please note, a walk-in is just that, a walk-in. Times of availability and calling the spa to request we hold a time slot is not a walk-in, its an appt.) You can call an inquire if there is walk-in availability. You can also check online for real time availability, and show up as a walk-in at that time. However, times shown online and requesting walk-in availability over the phone DOES NOT guarantee you a spot at that time, nor does it guarantee you will be serviced right away upon arrival.

No, you do not need to give a credit/debit card as a walk-in guest.

Do I have to wait to be serviced as a walk-in guest?

Majority of our walk-in guest only wait 5-15mins, however we can’t guarantee immediate service to walk-in guest. We recommend checking online for real time availability and walking in at the time you see available online.

How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?

We recommend New Naked Goers to arrive at least 5-10mins before their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and familiarize themselves with our facility.

What if I’m running late for my scheduled appointment? 

If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full fee for your service will still be charged. If you are running more than 15mins late for your scheduled appointment you may be subject to being charged the Less than 24hr cancellation fee. (Please refer to our Cancellation Policy Form)

Can I cancel my appt the day of, & reschedule for another day?

Yes you can cancel and reschedule your day of appointment. However, in the event of a cancellation with less than 24hrs, your card will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per service scheduled.

I have an appointment scheduled on Tuesday and I called the Spa on Monday to cancel. Will I still be charged the less than 24hr cancellation fee?

Unfortunately Yes. We are closed on Monday’s and can not make any schedule changes until next business day. Therefore appointments scheduled on a Tuesday MUST be cancelled by end of business day Saturday to avoid a cancellation fee.

Can you place a product to the side for me and I will pick it up later?

Unfortunately, we can’t place items to the side if they are not paid for. You can pay over the phone and pick up before our closing time or you can order directly from our website by clicking on the Shop tab.

We are a boutique-sized Spa with limited space. So that scheduled Naked Goers and walk-in guest are comfortable and accommodated with ease please leave children, babies, and extra guest who are not being serviced left behind.
